"I’ve been going to this Urgent Care clinic for pretty much as long as they’ve been open. I’ve honestly had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic. Today especially, the receptionist was so kind to help me because I hadn’t been back with my new insurance, so I didn’t know I needed a referral from my primary care doctor to be seen at my copay price. She saved me having to pay the full $200 and I am truly grateful. I was able to get the referral and had a very timely appointment. The nurse and doctor/PA were both extremely efficient while still listening to my symptoms. I honestly felt like they went above and beyond what I sometimes get at my primary care doctor. They ran 3 tests and a chest xray (which I wouldn’t have gotten at my regular doctor)."

"Went in for a work related injury, and everything was fine for the first visit. The follow up however, the male doctor manipulated my knee a bit told me to take some ibuprofen and that I was fine, all while keeping my foot in his lap and stroking my knee. It's been seven months since then and I've gone to many specialists and PT, it was not fine. And also, the male doc was weird. The only other time I'd had an issue was when I hurt my wrist and when they went to wrap it the lady was doing it too tight, and after seeing my fingers turning purple for the third time she yelled at me that "it's supposed to be a little tight" and I just let her wrap it and rewrapped it myself in the car..other than that I've never had issues before. If you can't be kind or patient or not gross then don't work in healthcare"

"Absolutely horrible service by the front desk today. I came in with my son who had a head injury from football. She quickly cut me off and said there’s not much we can do if he has a concussion. This is not ok. She is not a doctor and was clearly bothered by me disturbing her phone time. Do better. Train your staff. Unprofessional, lazy and unacceptable."

"Probably the biggest joke of an “urgent care” I’ve ever seen. My wife has been sick for 5 days straight uncontrollably coughing until the she vomits . She finally gave up and went to the urgent care after her symptoms were worsening. She was there maybe 15 minutes. Some old “doctor” (if you can even call him that) tested her for covid which was negative and told her it was probably viral and needed to run its course and sent her home. We are now 2 days post this appointment and she’s still having the same symptoms. I guess I’ll be taking her to a real clinic to see an actual doctor. Do yourself a favor and skip this clinic. Find a better one with a real doctor who actually cares instead of someone who works here because he can’t do anything else. Just another “Doc in a box” clown. *She wanted me to add that the staff and ladies that checked her in were very professional and nice.*"
