Raves: online booking, automatic review requests, a comprehensive and compassionate first-appointment workup, solutions for specific problems (prescription toothpaste I can just go ahead and buy while I'm there? "The service delivered at this office exceeded my expectations at every encounter. The administrative team were each kind, informed, and timely. When we ran into a hiccup with my insurance card, they helped me solve it immediately, keeping an already stressful situation from escalating. When I went back, Vanessa made eye contact with me, told me what to expect, and listened without judgement when I told her all the issues. She was completely transparent in her everything she did, from setting expectations for that day’s visit to what to expect when I come back. They do dentistry quite well, but they do peopling even better."
