"This was my first visit with a corporate practice. I made an appointment that started out well. I did have to wait 45 minutes after x-rays to be evaluated. I was able to have the cleaning done and this was the BEST cleaning I have ever had. Doctor was great too. I hope my future visit does not take as long."

"The worst experience I ever had at a Dentist office. I came in with pain in my tooth and all they concentrated on was selling me other treatments. I told the Doctor I was not interested in saving the tooth and ask if she would pull it and her response was (I don't feel comfortable pulling it and would like to monitor it for two weeks.) So, you want me to be in pain and not able to eat without feeling worse pain for two weeks, REALLY!!! Now I have to find a real Dentist that's interested in helping me get out of pain. I hope that this tooth issue doesn't turn in to something worse like a abscess which could be a bigger problem. Aspen Dental needs to evaluate how this office conducts themselves professionally on helping patients in pain. So the next day I went to a dentist in Fairhope who's been in the area for 45 years. He took one x-ray of the tooth and immediately said I had an abscess tooth. I can't understand why the dentist did not see that because it was very obvious to him and to me. An abscess tooth can turn into a really serious issue when not treated. I hope the dentist reads this review because I believe in my heart that she was not trained properly."

"Very disappointed in their professionalism. We drove 50 miles to pick up an elderly relative, to drive another 30 miles to her denture appointment. After waiting 45 minutes we were informed that not enough time had been alloted to accomplish what was needed to be done because too many were being treated and one of their staff was leaving. No attempt to contact was made. Then we were contacted to advise that her teeth had not arrived for a follow up scheduled fitting, and that would have to be rescheduled. It's like a comedy of errors routine but not funny."

"The entire team at the location is simply amazing. They are all very friendly and patient. I cannot say enough positive things about them! Going to the dentist is not something you look forward to, but the team here definitely make it as pleasurable as possible."

"The staff, from the front desk to the doctor, were all very pleasant and very informed. They were able to deduce details about my dental history from the x-rays and images they took and customized a treatment plan based on my needs. The only downside was scheduling. It was super easy and convenient to schedule. But I'm from Texas and when you schedule a cleaning, you go in for a cleaning. At Aspen, the first appointment is purely a consult for a treatment plan. It was different and I wish the person who called to confirm my appointment had told me. Fortunately, they had a spot on the schedule and were able to do my cleaning today. I was not happy about needing a second appointment just for the cleaning and wish there was a better process for that."
