"I was a visitor to the area and had never been to a Sports Clips location. I did not have an appointment (and the site said walk-ins welcome) and stopped in about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. There was no one waiting. While I understand they may have been booked for the rest of the day, one of the women cutting hair could not have been more rude and dismissive - pretty much said they were booked for the day. She barely even stopped for a second and look up to greet me nor even invite me to come back in the morning. I ended up going to the Huntsville location 20 min away received a good cut and had a great customer experience. If you want to go to a Sports Clips store in the Huntsville/Madison area, recommend the Huntsville location on University Drive."
