"Purchased item275-833 3 hole punch for Dean Cemetery Association last year...Opened the box for the first time on Saturday to punch holes in bank statements for upcoming annual meeting, defective...it punched the holes off the edge of the paper .. The manager put a piece of card stock to punch...same results.. he admitted it was defective however he refused to exchange it for one that was working properly. Paid $23.42...he finally said he could give me a $5 refund...I did buy a more expensive hole punch (because Im not aware of another office supply store in my area) and had another clerk test it out before I left the store...decided not to purchase cemetery signage from them.asked the Manager for his name but didn't get it. asked the manager for his name"
