"My boyfriend got his hair cut two days ago. Today is the only time I seen him since then. He turned around and I saw I big circular bald spot on the mid bottom right side of his head. When I told him is when he found out. The barber that cut his hair didn't have the audacity to tell him that he messed up. That is low down and dirty. I do not recommend this place what so ever. They will mess you up and have you walking around looking crazy and embarrassed. He has to go to work and everywhere eles with a huge bald spot on his head due to Nu Look. If I could I would give them a zero rating. Go somewhere else before it's too late. Also, i will add that the first time he went there he had a different guy which did a great job on him. The one who did him tis time should be out of a job."
