"Poor customer care. I scheduled for my lawn tractor to be picked up and serviced. We agreed on a 9AM pickup. I called at 11:30 and asked if there was a problem and was told the pickup guy decided there was some other things he wanted to do. He might be there after lunch. I called at 4:15 and the service desk guy was rude and basically said. "Do you want me to cancel this?" I initially said no, but experience kicked in and I called back and cancelled the service. The service guy slammed the phone down. Condescending and patronizing, and could care less.. I had a similar experience the last time I used them. Never again. I recommend you take great caution with this business and read all the reviews. Read them."
"In response to your offer to call and discuss further. I already did that and after multiple conversations with the GM, the owner called me back. And she was very unpleasant and very clear that she did not care and had nothing to discuss. So thank you, but no thank you. Worst service ever! Ruined my Gator then told me it was my fault. Honestly buy something other than a John Deere or drive to another State. Hands down the worst people I’ve ever felt with. If I could give a negative review I would. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Quoted me $12-18k to repair my machine. Took it across the state line to another location. They charged me less than $6k completely rebuild! And they said if I had brought it straight to them it would have been less that half of what I paid."
