"BEWARE of this company. Have a one year warranty on my carpet and had to fight just to get them to rip it up and replace it with lvp in common area when my bedroom was THE WORST out of them all. They refused to acknowledge that so I ALLOWED them to stretch it....BAD IDEA. Causing it to back out nails on my baseboards and rip seams. Called them back and they refused to come and replace the carpet as requested to be done in the first place. They sent out the owner named TERRY who only came to BULLY me by RECORDING in my home. She was very mean and aggressive. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST CARPET AND FLOORING I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR HOME AND THEN WASH THEIR HANDS. This is not a fake review and can prove otherwise."
