"Where to begin. I am a Marriott Rewards Member and when I travel, I stay at the Hotels. This particular Courtyard needs to revamp their services. 1) Room Service / Cleaning only happens when requested. 2) Bistro Cafe - the prices are Ridiculous high.Food isn't that great. Pic to follow. 3)Bartender was sick or coming down with a Cold. Coughing while serving and wrapping silverware. 4) Room Cleaned 1 time during a 1 wk stay, No shampoo, No Conditioner, No Coffee, nothing stocked....Not sure the sheets were changed. Trash wasn't emptied 5) Parking Lot was full, Unable to park in front of my 1st floor room until 3rd night there. 6) Best thing about the room was the Water pressure in the Shower. 7) The picture posted cost me $17.00. The fries were $7.50. Next trip....Will try the Fairfield Inn next door or stay in Mobile and not Spanish Fort."
