"We got there late, so our family ordered for us, but it was fine because not everyone hadn't gotten their food, yet they were bringing it out at random instead of getting the whole table done at once. Several people's food was wrong, and it had to be sent back. It was still bad, but they just didn't eat it. Our server was great, but the manager tried to blame her for the kitchens incompetence when we complained at the end. They service review is high for our waitress only not the manager or anyone else. I definitely wouldn't go back. They also don't do peanuts anymore, so that too brings them down"

"I went today with my coworker our service Carly was so nice but our rolls were sour, the dough was sour, the bread was not cooked at all. She brought us 3 different baskets of bread all the same. My coworker chopped steak taster weird, she asked for butter on her broccoli and her broccoli looked plastic. My cheeseburger the cheese was hard and not melted, it was raw. I had to send it back to be cooked. The only good thing was the water. Logans used to be a wonderful place to eat at but It has gone downhill."

"We placed a to-go order on 1/27/23 to be ready at 6:45pm. We placed the order at this time because we have a very short window in which we can eat dinner after putting our 6 month old to bed. My husband picked the order up and when he arrived home and started unpacking the food, he realized an entire meal was missing. That meal alone cost us $36. We spent over $90 on food in total. We had no choice but to drive back to the restaurant to get the missed food. I went to pick it up and was met with a young girl who said she had spoken to the manager and they had offered us a free dessert. I declined for multiple reasons: 1) we spent $90 on food, if we had wanted a dessert, we certainly would’ve ordered one; 2) this is an insulting offer in my opinion. Our food ALL sat getting cold (either at the restaurant or at our house) from 6:45 until I arrived back home after 7:30. A $10 dessert doesn’t go very far considering our food was barely edible after getting cold and having to be microwaved AND the fact that we had to spend time & gas to make a special trip to pick the missed food up. I realize that everyone makes mistakes, which I expressed to the young girl (who was very apologetic), but I was not pleased with the manager’s offer and felt it was very diminishing of what a huge hassle this was to us. If we wanted to microwave our dinner, we could’ve picked it up earlier in the day when it would’ve been more convenient, but we wanted a hot, fresh meal - and when I spend $90, that is exactly what I expect. I have left this particular store great feedback in the past because I felt their quality and service had gone up, but this has left us very disappointed and we will probably not be back. I feel like this review is necessary and that the manager’s stance on what they offer to customers who have been seriously inconvenienced needs to be reconsidered. I also reached out on the website before writing this review, stating I would like to be contacted, and I never heard back. So just be aware that you as the customer can be completely inconvenienced and have your entire meal sit cold for 45+ min while you have to make another trip to the restaurant and all you will be offered is a free dessert for a ruined meal."

"Okay when a dinner roll is bigger than the potato we might have a issue. Then when you look at the strawberry cheesecake and there isn't any strawberries, just add another element to the order. The driver was nice and she wasn't responsible for the order. This is "ALL" Restaurant issues"

"I walked in to order a to go order. Was not offered a menu, but saw one. Staff was nice but not attentive to customers. My order took 30 minutes after being told 15 mins. No one was in a hurry to do anything there. Then my steak was well done when I asked for medium. The rice was about non-existent with my Maui steak skewers over Roadhouse rice. And they charge $2.99 for drinks. All they had were kids cups. Thankfully she gave me 2 cups when I asked for it."
