"We made an order for our clients over a week and a half in advance. We corresponded with George the entire time both over the phone and through email. We had our delivery set up right before our start date. When we got on the job site we realized that half of our order was missing and items we did not order were delivered. When we called to find out why we didn't receive half of our items, George told us that they were out of those items so they just delivered what they did have. We reminded him that this was ordered over 2 weeks prior and if they didn't have these items then it should have been communicated to us, so we could have adjusted our schedule accordingly and made other arrangements. He responded by attempting to put the blame on others in his store. We had to remind him that he was the only one that we had been dealing with this entire time. He was not able to get anything delivered to us that day and never called us back. We called the next day to find out about our client's missing items and he said they'd be delivered around lunch, which ended up not being until 3pm. This set us very behind on our job, and we lost 2 days, wasting not only our time, but our client's time as well. When they came to deliver the rest of the items, only some of the items were there. They also had no idea about the incorrect items they needed to pick up. We called George back about our missing items and he said he would give us a call back. HE NEVER CALLED US BACK. After not hearing back from him for a day and a half, we called him today to remind him about our missing items and that they gave us the wrong size insulation and they would need to trade it out. He told us we would have to come up there, he had no drivers to come to deliver our missing and corrected items to us. I had to leave the job site to drive to Swift Supply and swap the incorrect insulation (an hour of total time away from the job site). I got there and spoke with George about the insulation. (At this point we had to buy the missing items from another retailer, since we needed the items and George was not getting back with us.) He asked me to drive to the back and get someone on a forklift to help me. There were 4 different people on forklifts driving around me and not even making eye contact or asking if I needed help. One gentleman said he could help me after he finished loading someone's delivery. I waited 15 mins in the heat and finally walked back inside where George was in the ac. He asked me if I was taken care of and I told him I wasn't. I had to help him unload 5 rolls of insulation from my car. Then he told me he didn't have the correct item that we ordered 2 weeks ago and that's why he gave us the wider one. Which means we'd have to cut every single roll down adding hours to our job for no other reason than that George majorly dropped the ball so many times and not only couldn't take responsibility for his mistake, but wouldn't fix it either. I tried to get a refund receipt for the insulation return for our client and he made me take a photo of his computer. We will be on this job an extra 2 days because of Swift Supply, which will also push our other jobs farther out. Steer clear if you're looking for reliability. You will not find it here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will never use them again! We are still having to purchase our insulation from another retailer in the morning."
