"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We have been waiting on replacement drawer and door fronts for MONTHS!!! Twice the installer shows up unannounced expecting someone to be home and twice after having scheduled appointments and taking the day off work NO ONE shows up!!! After initiating a call to inquire about no one showing up we are told the installer was rerouted. Really?? We’ve had an appointment set weeks ago and someone else is more important than that?! And don’t feed me the line about being short staffed. Everyone is short staffed!! The REAL reason we have been forgotten about is because this is a warranty repair situation and Mobile Lumbar has already been paid so who cares!!!"

"Even though the staff seemed knowledgeable about the products offered here, the vibe of this business is pretentious to say the least. I came in with my girlfriend and her son. We came within 6 ft of several middle-aged employees and weren't greeted once. I had to approach the counter and ask for what I needed (which they didn't have) then I was left to my own devices finding anything else useful in the store. This could have been tolerable if it weren't for the same employees greeting other customers with warm, inviting hellos and good wishes."
