"****UPDATE**** IF YOU DROP YOUR TRUCK OFF IT COULD BE DRIVEN FOR HIS PERSONAL USE!!!! This is the second time the trucks trans has been rebuilt here. This time I was told the mechanic drove my truck home over the weekend. Kinda set weird with me but whatever. I got back in my truck he used half a tank of gas and didn’t bother refilling it (dropped it off with a full tank, wasn’t expecting my truck to break down again) so got my truck back with half a tank of gas and his phone programmed into my system. I understand you have to test drive it but taking a customers vehicle home doesn’t sit right with me. (5 days after getting the truck back) So I’m cleaning my truck out after a trunk or treat and found 2 “Southern Museum of Flight” little wooden planes in the back floorboard. So he didn’t just “drive it home to get it to temp” he went out in my truck. And before he comes back and calls me a liar, I’ve never heard of this museum and dang sure never been to it. He used my truck for personal use, had his kids or whoever in the back seat, and didn’t fill the truck back up."

"Purchased a new transmission from GM Quality transmission and had them replace the bad transmission in my sierra. They gave me a 3 year warranty with the new new transmission. Fast forward 2.5 years and the transmission they installed is messed up and needs replaced. I delivered the truck to them before the end of the warranty only for them to keep it 2 weeks giving me the runaround. After hiring an attorney to get involved my attorney gave them ample amount of additional time to resolve the issue to no avail so now we are in the process of suing them. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for an automotive shop that honors their warranties/work."

"Had my truck for a transmission rebuild, took a week not complaining about that. Had the front skid plate removed off my truck over the corse of 6 days. Decided to let it go and replace it. Promptly got a call from them. As for the company, they are nice and timely. If something goes wrong, like it did with me. They will try and make it right. Also they are affordable, and respectful."
