"I have been going to this practice for almost 8 years (when it was Dr. Entrekin's practice). I always had a pleasant experience there...well, pleasant for it being a dentist! However, on my 2nd visit with the new dentist, I had a horrible experience. I had not had this dental hygienist before. She sat me back in the chair, prodded at my gums, and then almost immediately jerked the chair up and started telling me I needed a $1000 treatment. Then the dentist came and checked me. I started asking her why all of a sudden I needed this treatment when 6 months prior I did not. She told me either I or the previous hygienist had not been doing my job. The dentist just sat there passively, finally mumbling that he concurred with the treatment. The hygienist also had informed me she wasn't making any money of this, which just sounded so odd to me. I have been delaying writing this review, but after talking to the wife of another patient who has been going here for years and learning he had the same experience, I think it is worth sharing. Please tread very carefully if you choose this dentist. They do not seem to uphold Dr. Entrekin's ethical standards of care."
"I wrote a reasonable 3 star review after a visit in which I stated the hygienist spent a total of 14 minutes cleaning my teeth. However, that review does not show up on their website, where it had been submitted. Instead, they brag about all 5 star reviews. Well, if you exclude anything that's not 5 star then you're going to get . . . 5 stars! I'm submitting this as a 2 star under Google since my other review of the practice was not included on their webpage."
