"Dr. Daniel is good. His staff however apparently they love to do extra procedures on you to take money out from your insurance. I went in for an examination and 3 of the staff ladies knew I had previously went to another dentist and had some xrays taken. They were being emailed to them from my other dentist. They didn't care though, they didn't have it that very second so they went ahead and took more pictures anyways. I felt forced into having those xrays taken because if not the doctor couldn't see me and I was on my lunch break so I didn't have alot of time. They billed my insurance more than $300 for unnecessary xrays that if they would have waited a little bit longer they would have gotten. The email finally went through once they were done taking those xrays but the girl said they couldn't do anything about removing it because they didn't have it before. Like I explained to her I told 2 other ladies there that I was waiting on those xrays to be emailed, but they didn't care. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Their evaluation alone is close to $90, not counting the xrays that they have to do. The panoramic radiograph with them is over $120 and in another dentist in pratville is only $56. Their bitewing xrays are $70 and this other dentist I went to is only $12. So they are definately cheating you and your insurance for money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"

"This place is beyond unprofessional! I have great insurance BCBS so I decided to go with a African American dentist. I started here in February. The only good this is the receptionist who is always pleasant. My appointments NEVER START ON TIME! There is only ONE chair in the waiting area, so you just stand there hoping to get called next. no one even addresses the waiting times which is so inconsiderate!His Dental assistant with the short blonde hair, has the worst bedside matter and after trying to make a formal complaint, I was told that “The dentist does not speak with his patients”. I still went through with my treatment plan. Not to mention that each time after having a tooth pulled, my pain prescription was never at the pharmacy until I had to follow up with the dentist to send it over the day after. (3 different occasions)This whole overall experience has been H***. I’m always waiting AT LEAST an hour to see the dentist. This place is highway robbery. It seems like they should only cater to the elderly. No new equipment and is need of a serious spring cleaning! You get what you pay for! Now I’m sitting here an hour and change after my appointment time and will have to reschedule because he definitely won’t be done in time! Very upsetting !!!!"

"I had my first visit here Monday and felt welcomed immediately. They took all safety precautions due to COVID, which was a plus! Shanell took excellent care of me and was very personable. Dr. Daniel was very professional and I HIGHLY recommend others to visit!"
