I breastfeed and my daughter was hungry and they let me sit in an office in the back to feed her. "Don't let this fancy office fool you. Poor Customer service....they never return phone calls....half the time they don't pick up the phone during business hours, they charge for added services and don't provide the service when they are short on time, they do not care about the hygiene of your oral health....they only care about invesilyn referrals and over priced teeth whitening! I will be contacting my credit card company to do a charge back for the $28 fluoride I never received a refund on after the front desk assured me that the charge did not go through. Since your office manager is out all week after ignoring my messages and has the nerve to make me wait until I get a phone call after the holiday? Mind you, I've been fighting this since my FIRST appointment on 11/21/23. Unacceptable. Will never come here again. Have some integrity"

"This was my first visit at this dental office and it was great. The hygienist took detailed X-rays and photos of my teeth before she started the cleaning and gum procedure. To finish up the dentist came in to inspect and found I needed an adjustment which she made right then. This was the best first time dentist visit I have ever had."
