"This place is always busy. I had to circle around a couple times to find someone to help me but I found someone then I selected my and had to go find a cart for the associate to load it. Then the price was missing on the items so I lost my space in the checkout line. Then someone was making a return so it took a long time. Finally the associate opened the other register. I still rather come here than some of the other stores because of the large selection."
"I purchased all of the tile and flooring for my bathroom in my shop. This place is a great one stop shop for your bathroom needs. Great prices. Lots of choices for tiles and flooring. Friendly and helpful staff."
"I’m giving this store a 2 star because we bought tile from here and come to find out they put the wrong tile in one of the boxes entirely, several wrong pieces of tile in the other boxes, and they won’t honor their exchange past 90 days. The tile we bought was glossy and one entire box they restocked/repacked was matted tile. The other pieces were of different shades of white and a different brand of tile. Now we are out $60. On top of all that, every time I call their number, it’s forwarded to a totally different state."
