"I have passed this place many times and have only observed it because it is so inaccessible. Today I decided to try to go by there and I have determined that the parking lot is simply too small for the shopping center, there were no parking spaces available and there is nowhere in the vicinity to park. The parking lot is designed to go in one direction and as a result of that it is almost impossible to navigate safely. I had two confused drivers drive quickly through the lot and both almost struck my vehicle. I was able to park and walked up to the store and the doors would not open that's when I noticed that the sign says it closes at 6:00 p.m. which is completely useless for a major national brand hardware store. Home Depot and Lowe's stay open until 10:00 p.m. making it an obvious destination. The shopping center sits in an extremely bad neighborhood and there are panhandlers that frequently aggressively walk up to you with all kinds of strange concocted stories about why you should give them money. One fella came up to me and told me that "Jesus wants me to give" him money! I think in the future that I will admire this business as I pass it going to other hardware stores that are more accessible and have better hours such as the Ace hardware store in Gardendale Alabama. It appears that this was a poor business decision locating here."
"We go in there at least once a week to get something or another. Very convenient and super nice staff. They always remember us. They also have this cool brand of sunglasses in there that we keep buying just for fun. But it's overall just a wonderful neighborhood hardware store with quality goods"
