"Rented a car while mine was in the body shop. I spoke to Daniell Boyd a few times prior to pickup to make sure everything was setup. I received confirmation calls. Pickup and drop off were both fast and easy! Thank you to all of the staff for a great experience!"
"Horrible customer service! Cedric was not helpful! We came in looking for a rental for my mother and he told us that he didn't have any cars available and that we would have to drive to another one of their locations in another city or call them to see if they have a car available. No offer to call! When I asked if he could call, he had an attitude and so did the other worker that was eating her lunch at her desk. It's part of customer service to call another location of your OWN company to assist a customer. Not offer the number and brush it off while you giggle with your co-worker! I wouldn't even give them the one star if a rating of some sort wasn't required!!! Just spoke with the manager Jasmine and she also has an attitude! We expressed our concern about our customer service and she did not acknowledge our concern she only said "What do you need?". I am here from out of town and Enterprise will definitely be the LAST place I will think of when another rental is needed!"
