"I already had an idea of what I needed for my vehicle, so I started to look around. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it so I went to the front desk. There was someone in front of me so I waited for a few minutes. I finally get to the register, the cashier didn't greet me so I greeted her and she had an attitude. I showed her a picture of what I needed, she said nothing and started looking it up. They didn't have it, I asked if they had any other brands. She said nothing and started to look it up. She only gave me the prices and no context on the items. So I told her which one I wanted, she went and got it. Once I saw the details I asked her to get the other option. she didn't go get it, she showed it and had an attitude so I took a picture off of the computer and she started helping someone else. I told her, I'll come back. I stepped side aside to read the labels and I decided I wasn't buying anything from here so I placed it back on the shelf. I went RIGHT across the street to Auto Zone. They greeted me when I came in the door and was super professional. I got what I needed and it didn't take long at all."

Great customer service and Tonya I think if I remember her name correctly and also one of my best Clinique customers when I was employed at Belk is one of the best asset with your company. Great knowledge and very helpful and teaches you if you don't know what is going on with your vehicle cause I had no idea what cylinder my husband truck is and she looked it up and took me outside to show me where to locate it under the hood. So thanks again Tonya? for that info and customer service. You are a rock star and will be looking u up again."
"Leon and Ron are the best. Knowledgeable employees and eager to help. I am local and Leon knows me, but he didn't know my mother. She went in and he took care of her like his own family, so I know they just don't take care of folks they know. My go to parts house. Only complaint is they started closing at 8:00 instead of 9:00."
