"My mother and I just got followed to the car and accused of shoplifting a 3+ year old crate/cat carrier (that is missing pieces, has been chewed on/obvious signs of wear and tear, and came from a Pet Supplies Plus)... with a whole cat in it. Told the lady that yes, it is our crate and that we didn't steal the cat inside it, either. The lady rolled her eyes and went back inside without even trying to apologize or say "oh" or "my bad" or anything. We were there for the vet clinic so I wanted to buy something because I felt bad. I don't feel bad at all about not buying anything now."
"The Thomasville, AL location is very clean and well organized. The manager, Ms. Kimberly is wonderful and works very hard to keep "her" store in tip top shape. Her "crew" is very pleasant and doesn't hesitate to help a customer when needed. This is my "go to" TSC store hands down, I also love the fact that TSC is very pet friendly, my dogs absolutely love this store."
