"I went in on December 15 to get a full set and a pedi. After today made one week to be exact. My nails are pulling up on the sides as if they didn't put enough overlay on them. So I returned today so that they could fix them and I was told that that's just normal wear and tear. Then she filed over 2 nails, put polish on them, and told me thanks for coming. So my nails still looked the same way before I came in. The only reason I gave them one star is because the young man did a good job on my feet."
"I called before I went and asked if they were busy she said no it was several hours later before I arrive and they had several people but took me straight in. My nails were broken in several places from the cuticle and it was painful I was so concerned about this new set. I have been to elegant nails in semmes for the past 3 years and never had a problem. This set is just now beginning to need attention. I'm a new customer here. I was sold on my set. The sns set I was having removed at diamonds was put on by some place in Iowa and they were horrible this lady did an amazing job they look and feel real."
