"I have now gone twice to get another haircut & shampoo but to no avail. Yesterday was utter chaos with the stylists gathered behind the desk & a client having a disagreement about how they were taking people out of order. The place was packed. I left & went back this morning but they weren’t open at 9am as was posted on the website yesterday & the red lit sign in the window. The website is saying 10am today. They must’ve just changed it for the new year. It was a whole new crew yesterday & I will not return. Finding another place for my services."
