"I had been going here for some time and only Jeff did my nails. My nails always cost $45 until today. Jeff did my nails as they are usually done and then at the very end told it would be $60 instead of $45 because the owner increased the prices. I told him he should have informed me of that change prior to starting the service and he agreed and apologized; however that is unacceptable. I loved coming here, but I will not be back because he could have just been honest and forthcoming about the price increase and I would have been understanding, but instead he chose to conceal that information from a loyal customer. Disappointing to say the least."
"I had originally called last minute looking for a nail salon that did pedicures on kids and spoke with the owner who was very nice to answer my questions. The atmosphere was very relaxed with soft music playing in the background. The professionalism was superb and top notch. The instruments were sterilized and the overall facility was clean. My daughter has never had a pedicure before and this was her first time. They were very courteous, and instructed her well in order to paint her nails perfectly. They were also very patient with her as it was her first time. I have been all over Huntsville and Madison looking for this type of overall experience. I will continue to be a patron at this local nail spa. Thanks again!"
"They were very nice and attentive. I loved the design of the salon, and really just enjoyed the whole experience. After almost a week, my gel manicure still looks great, so bonus points for longevity. Salon definitely recommended!"
