"I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been getting acrylic nails for years and this is now the only place I go. Michael and Brenda run an amazing business. All the staff are polite and do a good job quickly. Brenda is so very creative and always surprises me with some new design or color combinations. Try this place. You won’t be disappointed"

"i’ve been going here for a while now & they have always been very nice, but after my last appt i will not be going back. i went to get my acrylics taken off because i had gotten them done & a week & a half later some of them were already popping off. the lady that took them off was the same lady that first did them & she took the cuticle cutter and started cutting my acrylics off! in the past they have always soaked them so idk why this happened. some of them were not ready to come off just yet, and she continued cutting and pulling until they ripped off. i was in so much pain and my hands were shaking. i asked for a clear gel on top of my real nails after bc they looked so bad. when i went up to pay i was asked why i didn’t like my acrylics and why i wanted them off when i had just gotten them done. i explained that i did like my acrylics, but they started popping off pretty quickly probably because i have a job that’s rough on my hands at work. and i really only got them done because of an event that i had. i explained that and they sounded offended that i wanted them off when i came in. all i know is that i will not be going back there. people come in to be pampered, taken care of, and to feel good when they leave. not to be in tears from pain & their nails be extremely bruised from ripping off acrylics. i have never left a review on any business, but this was so disappointing & extremely painful."

"I took my daughter to get her toes polish and tip on two of her toes. She told them regular polish but the guy who did her toes didn't understand what she was saying and we ended up paying $65 because he did a full pedicure and gel polish. Totally opposite of what we asked for. I won't be going back"

"I’ve gone twice now because they are closer to home and the pedicures are fine. However, like the other reviews say, they are SO ROUGH and completely careless with your fingernails. Two different techs now have both drilled my cuticles until they bleed. It’s now 3 days after I went and my fingers are still sore, red, and swollen. They were throbbing the day of. I’ve been getting my nails done at the nail bar in Hoover for years and never experienced any pain. The 20 minute drive is worth not being cut open and risk for infection for sure."

"I went in for a pedicure and a SNS set. First off, my friend and I got to the location at 11:30 and didn't leave until 2:20. The pedicure was fine and I enjoyed it. The toes turned out great. A different nail tech worked on my fingers, and she literally cut almost every cuticle on my hands. (See attached pictures). I even tried to pull my hand away one time as I exclaimed, "Ow!" and the tech just pulled me right back with barely a mumble of "Sorry." It's now the day after the appointment and my hands are killing me. They hurt SO bad! I am livid with myself for tipping the tech who cut me, and I am debating on going back to ask for a refund. I paid $100 for everything and here I am crying because my fingers hurt. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!"
