"Those self-checkout machines. I know it saves CVS money, but it is frustrating to even attempt to get my purchase. Sometimes I think I need a tutorial in order to use the machine. Each time I end up calling an employee. I could go on and on. You know what I mean. These things take out the personalization in visiting the store."

"It seems as though new people have been hired or is helping out and it is terrible. An over the counter medicine was added to my prescription for nasal spray. The techs just decided they weren't going to fill my Rx without consulting with me. I thought i had both Rxs only to find one. I immediately did a u-turn back to the drive thru. The window was closed due to break a 1:30p. So i called because it was 1:26p. They said the didnt fill it with other Rx because its over the counter. I can just walk in and get it. Which was so dumb. If im already filling a prescription why not just add everything that is on the Rx, you want me to come inside as well. This was done with no communication. They said the would have it ready after 2pm. I return at 4:30p only to find that nothing has changed. I'm getting the same story from a different person. After a little back and forth. She said she would fill it and it would be 15min. I get a call from the pharmacy 5min later saying we dont have that medicine in stock. I asked who has it in stock. She says she doesn't know. So now I have to call around. Luckily, the next closest CVS had it in stock. They said the would transfer my Rx and fill it. So much time lost when simple communication could have fixed it all. No one apologized for the inconvenience. The worst experience I've had."

"Unfortunately, I was on hold for over 50 minutes today, nobody ever responded and I just hung up. I went to the CVS Pharmacy and grant it, they were busy. I prefer not to be negative but the customer service is not good. If insufficient staff numbers is the issue, then hire the staff. If training is the problem, then train. If the staff is not following instructions, then retrain and if they continue not being able to perform, let them go. There are too many folks looking for jobs. Just my thoughts. There are lots of Pharmacy companies competing for the business and I have always been a CVS Fan."
