"Not professional or understanding. I had a bad feeling from the beginning based on her slow response to get booked. When she eventually answered, she was less than courteous with those. She never greeted me or thanked me for her future business. She’s using excuses to keep my money. She never rendered any goods or services. She hasn't lost anything."

"When I called to make an appointment I asked for someone who was good with color and thick hair. Katie Oakley put me down on her schedule. After she bleached my hair it looked like I had polka dots in it because the bleach was so uneven. She was prepared to just go ahead and color it like that. I had her go back and try to fix it but she still missed my roots and quite a few dark patches. I had asked for strawberry blonde but when I saw it in the mirror I cried in her chair. Her response was to cross her arms and roll her eyes at me. It was neon orange and looked like it was actually glowing in the light on top of dark roots. She still charged me $150 after knowing I cried in her chair. She tried to tell me that neon orange is the same as strawberry blonde. She didn’t offer to try and fix the color. It took an 8 hour color correction appointment with a different stylist to fix it because my hair was compromised and so damaged it wouldn’t take on some of the products my other stylist tried. I will never go here again. Make sure you know your stylist well if you choose to schedule here. Mine didn’t seem to know what she was doing or care about me at all. Katie Oakley, you gave me the worst hair appointment I’ve had in my life. I had to go to work for a week wearing the mess you made worrying about whether or not my hair was gonna break off."

"I booked an appt over Facebook messenger but there was either a miscommunication or they forgot to write me down. Idk maybe both. Either way, so it’s a Saturday (today august 27th) and I’m getting eloped so I’m on a tight schedule. There was only two ladies in the shop. They were quick to figure out the situation and find a solution. Originally I was going to get a wash, cut, and style. But because of the situation we decided just to style it because I was on a time crunch and they had other scheduled clients they were working on. Layla was my savior today! She styled my hair quickly and it was soooo pretty! It wasn’t what I went in expecting, but I’m so grateful they were so nice and helpful. I will be returning. I just wanted to let everyone know to call and confirm your appointment if you message them! I should’ve done that, but what can I say? We all make mistakes. Which is why you shouldn’t be quick to judge and react if things don’t go exactly how you expect. Most of the time there’s a perfectly good fix or compromise! And side note, they had a super cute set up. It felt warm and like home while still being spacious."
