"Very nice place to go for a hairstyle. it’s always clean. Nice atmosphere. My last stylist, Shenia, was terrific . She cut and styled my hair exactly like the picture I showed her. They do need more help though, maybe a receptionist!"
"This was possibly the worst hair cut I've received from this place in years. I normally get great cuts here but this last trip has solidified the fact that I'm never coming back. The lady who I usually see does a fantastic job with my hair, but there were two girls working there yesterday who I had never seen before and the shorter one with poofy, curly hair was the one who annihilated my hair. She absolutely did NOT listen to a word I said. I wanted just a light cut, to keep a good bit of length, and most of all, I like my hair a little shaggy. What did she do? She took a razor, which I did not ask for, and buzzed my hair so short that there's hardly anything left. She didn't layer it like I asked, she left chunks of hair uneven and she turned me AWAY from the mirror and faced me towards a wall where I couldn't see my reflection to tell her where to stop or make adjustments!! Then at the end, she has the audacity to ask if I wanted it even shorter!! No! I didn't want it short at all! I literally left the store with tears running down my face and on the verge of a panic attack! Get better employees who actually listen to what your customers want. This trip was a complete waste of money and now I look like a total idiot thanks to her"
"My hair was soooo uneven!! Very noticeable. Went to a professional to have it corrected and she just about had to shave my head! One side was at least 1/2 in shorter than the other. Horrible. I listened to her history of "being detained by the police" to a confirmed trailer to not realizing she had the chair to high and couldn't reach my head! OMG sat in that chair way to long for a short hair trim! Lesson learned BEWARE!!!"
