"Used to be my go to place. Great cuts. Great experience even if you don't like sports. The wait times have gotten out of control and they push using the app check-in but it tells you it'll be an hour then in an hour still says an hour. It never actually moves me up the list till I get there so what's the point? I'm not into paying people too waste my time. Fix your app. I've been a loyal customer since y'all opened and sent lots of friends. Won't be back until this is fixed. Called and got told they couldn't do anything. I'd just have to come wait more. Nah."
"This used to be my favorite salon in Florence. Jean does a great job. However, the last few times I have tried to schedule an appointment the receptionist has been incredibly rude and condescending. They used to have such an upbeat, friendly atmosphere and I'm sad to see that change."
