"I know they say beauty is pain, but dang I didn't think I'd be visibly grimacing the whole time! Good luck if Karly washes and dries your hair. She was so rough I almost started crying and I am not tender headed at all. She was ripping my hair out when she was washing it and then she ripped the tangles out of my head when brushing. She was blow drying my hair so close to my head I felt like it was burning me. I was visibly uncomfortable and grimacing and she never stopped to ask if I was ok or if she was hurting me. She just kept smacking her gum over my head. I felt uncomfortable the majority of the time I was in the building. I felt like they wanted to get me in and out as quick as possible. I am not unhappy with my hair I am unhappy with the experience. I wanted to go for a relaxing treat to myself and I feel like I wasted almost $200 to be in pain."
"Brian is a master of his art. If you are looking for someone who understands hair from a professional perspective, he is your man. I can't speak personally about any of the other stylists there, but I have heard nothing but positive reviews from several friends who are clients. I bounced around Tuscaloosa for a long time trying to find someone that could deliver the vision I had in my head...he did and well exceeded it! Wonderful location in downtown Northport, above the furniture place on the corner. 10/10 would recommend!"
