"Normally love this place but after last visit will never go back. I got a mani/pedi while the football game was on. Instead of my normal of gel polish I opted to get regular to give my nails a break. I understand they want last as long but less than 20 hours!!! I showed them my nails and she told me I should have gotten gel so they would last about 2 weeks. I told her there was no reason for them to not last longer than they did. I was told true but that I had worked around the house. They would fix them but it would be a long wait. I waited a few minutes but decided my time was worth more than that and would get a different place to do them."

"The best nail salon there is! I drive 30 minutes from downtown Tuscaloosa just to go to this salon! I see Cassidy, she is the sweetest and always makes my mani/pedi look perfect. She takes her time and never rushes! This salon is super clean and everyone is so so friendly! I will never go anywhere else!"

"I have been going to this location for almost 2 yrs now and there is no other place I would rather go. I drive over a hr because of the quality of my nails and customer service I receive. I love the fact that Kassidy always accommodates my tight schedule and keeps my appointments. This is by far the best salon I have visited since moving back to Alabama."

"This salon by far does the best pedicure and manicure I have ever had. The pedicure is awesome but the massage they do is the best in town. For my manicure I usually do dip nails and I have always received so many compliments on my nails. My 9 year old also goes with me and they make her feel like a princess every single time. The customer service is awesome, they are always willing to fix a nail if needed. They are a wonderful family that works hard 7 days a week. I also recommend them to my family and friends!!!! They are very busy so if you don’t like to wait I would recommend you make an appt. I have never had a problem getting a reasonable appt. If you are looking for a nail salon. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!"

"Just came out looking worse than they did when I came in. The pedicure guy was great and friendly. The guy who did my nails rushed and filed so hard on the sides of my nails that my skin is raw. I just paid $100 for a gel pedi/and fill in with gel. They charged $5 for a shape that I already had. I’m not the type to make a scene. I paid for my services and I am leaving an honest review. I did not ask to have them fixed because I wouldn’t of had any skin left on the sides of my nails. Edit to update: I added a picture of my nails before I went to this business. (Second pic) The shape was cleaned up, it was not changed. I asked for the coffin last time I had my nails done. This was only a fill in, not a full set. Also, I said yes to the shape. I did not say yes to having white polish left over on my fingers with them hurting. Simply stating this was not worth the $$$. I still left a $20 tip because of the pedicure guy. The response from this business assured me I won’t be returning though."
