"I Loved MK nail & spa until This Past Wednesday I Wanted To Get My Nails Professionally Taken Off & So I Went In & I Said I Wanted Them Soaked Off Instead Of Her Doing What I Asked She Proceeded To Take Something & Started Trying To Scraping It Off & it Damaged My Finger and It Took That To Happen For Her To Actually Soak My Nail Off Of Course I Didn't Pay But There Was Also No Solution Of How I Could Heal My Nail All She Said Was Sorry.. MORAL OF THE STORY I SHOULDVE NEVER LEFT THAT SALON WITH A DAMAGED BLEEDING NAIL THAT WAS MY WHOLE POINT OF GOING TO GET IT PROFESSIONALLY TAKEN OFF AND THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. I DIDNT CUT UP NOR YELL I JUST LEFT VERY DISAPPOINTED...I WILL NOT BE BACK ! FYI ::: ITS SILL IN PAIN AND BLEEDING"
