"By far the LAZIEST Walgreen's in the East Side bar none- if you need to purchase an electronic device (or anything that's locked up behind glass for that matter!) the employees & even the manager on duty will let the alarm chime/automated voice ring out loud on the PA for at least 15-20 mins before they even do anything- you'll even hear the manger on duty (gossiping in makeup aisle with another LAZY co-worker) complain about the alarm going off- if this happens to you, just keep pressing the button like we did and make them work!!!!! SMH"

"Had a 10:40 vaccine appointment, arrived at 10:35 and was not addressed by the pharmacy staff until 10:45 then waited until 11 for them to take my insurance information, and waited til 11:10 to finally get my shot. Thirty minutes for a vaccine appointment with no line or other customers."

"STAY AWAY!!!! The absolute worst Walgreens EVER. I filled a prescription in the morning for a prescription that I needed for the next day. After the pharmacy not answering calls all day, I had to go to the store to get answers. When I questioned the process, both the pharmacy tech and pharmacist were completely rude! After I told them that this prescription was needed by tomorrow, I was told that being upset isn't going to help get my prescription filled. NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS WALGREENS! If I could give it zero stars, I would!"

"Came here all the time since I lived super close. Staff members used to be so friendly and helpful and knew me by name. The place has become such trash with new employees that just seem to not care. Shouldn’t have to wait in line for 20 minutes with nobody ahead of me just to pick up a medication. Sad that this place isn’t what it used to be!"
