"The beers that they create here are outstanding! I had the "Drink More Kolsch", which was a true-to-style German Kolsch. It has a full body flavor with an incredibly smooth finish.. no lingering aftertaste. I spoke with the owners (very nice people) at length about their brewing technique and their attention to detail in creating their beers, down to the water that they use. And it shows! I also tried the "Back Road Amber", which was also excellent.. next time. I will definitely come back."
"This place is Awesome. The karaoke the bar tenders. The games the peanuts and most of all the beer. If you’re in my neck of the woods and need a drink. Go visit Old 31 you won’t be disappointed. Ps you can go get take out and bring it with you. Enjoy."
"Recently opened so stopped in to check out the place and glad we did. Pleasant atmosphere and staff with plenty indoor and outdoor seating. Owner said they traveled across the USA from the pits of Mississippi to the peaks of Colorado in order to bring together the best ideas into their brewery… and it shows. Will be back."
