"It was very difficult to find an employee on the floor. I finally found the manager. I asked where a specific item was. He was very rude. Kept saying it's right there, it's right there. It wasn't right there. It was in a box behind the box where he was insisting it was. He needs to learn customer service skills. This is ridiculous!!!!"

"Was able to get in & out quickly even though it's Holiday time. Everything is clean and products prices are well marked. Even though they are obviously short staffed as just about everywhere is right now, the staff that they do have are friendly and helpful. Everyone knows that the prices are much more economical here than other grocery stores."
"Love Aldis but will no longer be coming back as the cashier (name on receipt is Melanie) is nasty to the people she checks out. First my grandmother asked her question and the cashier got in her face, She was aggressive while throwing our groceries in the basket and then didn’t give us time to grab it before adding the people behind us items as well so we could not tell which was ours and which was theirs, my grandmother asked her to make sure she gives her the receipt so she could return something if she needed to and she didn’t so we had to wait until the manager printed it out and while that was going on I couldn’t help but over hear how she talked to the people behind us and I’m appalled by the cashier’s behavior at work. Of course I asked for the manager and he was lovely but as I was speaking to him the cashier and I made eye contact where she took it upon herself to make an ugly face at me in front of the customers she’s ringing up which is very unprofessional. I don’t think management will do anything about her which is unfortunate because the store is lovely but having a nasty rude cashier is not very welcoming. You don’t bring a nasty attitude to work."
"I absolutely enjoyed shopping here for my family UNTIL I encountered a belligerent cashier named Amanda.Receipt says Melanie was my cashier. While checking out loaded my groceries in basket (did not bring a basket ) Then put lady behind in with it also. When I asked for a few seconds to load up my things in bag. Asked if this was my first time here.... and should be my last. While shift leader stood by and listen. I will shop at Winn-Dixie from now on."
