"The women who took my order was very rude. I ask about what sides they have she gave me one answer chips but after paying, I noticed a sign with sides that she could have just pointed to. So rude so I ask for the kale instead and wait for my food. 15 min go by and 2 people received my food before me. I ask about my flat bread and this lady who took my order swear she gave it to me! Like girl if you need to look at the cameras do that. I haven’t left this store since I ordered and I was not handed no bag! She has a horrible attitude however the other male associate there was nice about and apologized for the issue. And this is how she made my sandwich smh. I did not wake up with you ma’am! If you hate your job then quit!"
"I LOVE this place!! Have never been disappointed! The smoothies are delicious and the food is great! My favorite are the bahama mama and the pumpkin pie that they have during the holidays, and i love the peanut butter banana crunch flatbread! Today we ordered a chia banana smoothie and bbq pork quesadilla. Prices are not cheap but I believe its worth it. The one thing that does suck is the drive thru line can be absolutely absurd at times, even if there are only 2 cars in front of you, be prepared to be sat there awhile..."
"Typical chain but with a twist. Originally a bank but has been redesigned as a Tropical Smoothie the building has alot of seating and u can even enjoy ur meal in a vault that is still in the restaurant. If your not willing to wait, order through their app. My wife and I were waiting in line for awhile. after some time, my wife put our order in through the app and we received our order faster than some of the customers in line."
