Oh, and the children's book section was so quaint with chairs for the littles to enjoy while they read. The prices were good, and she has a return policy that allows you to trade in books. "Lovely little shop, Dede was very cheerful and helpful. Just looking around, I found a sequel to a book I'd just finished, was a nice surprise! I only paid around 5 dollars for each book, and they were in nice condition. Definitely recommend if you're passing through or live in the area."
"DeDe's Book Rack is an awesome store and a true gem found in downtown Trussville. Not only does she sell books of all kinds and offer store credit for trade-ins, but she also sells art by local artists. This past year I found four of my Christmas presents here at the store. The funny thing was, I wasn't even looking for Christmas presents. She is currently in the process of expanding her inventory and her store. I am so excited for her and that her business is doing well. DeDe is very helpful and always has a smile on her face even though you can't see it through the mask you can see it in her eyes. I encourage everyone who reads to please visit the store. With the selection of books that she has, you are sure to find something that will please everyone's taste. She's always getting in new inventory. I also encourage you if you have any books that you're not reading or that you simply don't want anymore take him up there and she will give you store credit if she accepts the books. This store credit combined with cash can be used to buy books."
