Wendy's

"Lobby is always closed even during normal hours. Had a car in front me saying hello for 5 minutes in the drive through, no answer. I pull up, no answer. Pull up to the window, no one looks at you. Parked got out and pulled on the door, locked. Then a guy comes out and says drive through only, I told him no one was answering his response was “don’t make me laugh” ——— what? Pull back around the drive through, finally got an answer. As I’m waiting for my food they left the window open and I heard and saw a lady to stop taking orders. All I can say is I’m not eating here at night. It’s dark and looks like it’s closed and it’s completely uninviting."

"This location was a mess and the dining area empty of customers and needed sweeping. The exit door glass was filthy. They did not have baked potatoes so I ordered fries that were cold and had small potato pieces. The girls restroom had an out of order sign which looks like it was a permanent sign so I used the men’s. Had to ask to have toilet tissue in the bathroom. The floor was littered with used paper towels v The rear door to the kitchen was wide open to the rear and a big pan of bacon cooked sitting very close to the open door. If I had looked around before ordering, I would have not eaten there. I love Wendy’s but this did not represented what Wendy’s should be."

"I’m very surprised the owner put any money in renovating this location since the dining room is always locked when we go. It’s always a 20 min wait in the drive thru even if you are the only one there. The money spent on the building they don’t use should go to hire more employees and motive the ones they have to improve service. Wendy’s prices are pretty crazy these days too. It’s about as much as a chain sit-down restaurant for lower quality food. I can’t image this place is making a profit, much less one that warranted a renovation of what looks like a now nice dining room through the windows."

"The general manager at this location and all staff, in my opinion, need to be fired and fresh staff trained. My husband pulled up at 5:00pm (the normal dinner rush). He planned to go inside because we were going to have a large order. When he went to go inside (mind you, the sign on the door says the dining room is open until 10:00pm on Saturday), the door was locked and most of the employees looked to be seated in the dining room eating. So, he waited roughly 10-15 minutes, thinking they were break, before going to the drive through. Nope! Among the several things we were planning to order, we had planned to order 2 salads and a 4pc chicken kids meal for our toddler. Supposedly they didn’t have lettuce for the salads. I can partially believe that, but it’s dinner rush. Then, my child’s nugget meal only had 3 nuggets. Like, is it that hard to count to 4? Needless to say, we took half of our business to zaxsby’s because Wendy’s didn’t have it together. The chili was good at least, but the actions of the staff were just horrible. It’s dinner rush on a Saturday!"

"The person working the drive thru had the nerve to tell me that this location was SOUTH EAST CHALKVILLE RD after I asked was it NORTH CHALKVILLE RD. That person needs to look at the back of my car closely. PBA(POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION). Who's the smart azz now? Thumbs down to this business! Waited 20min.s in drive thru for NONSENSE! I'll take my business elsewhere!!!!!!! Also showed my mobile order at the door for carryout but made me go to drive thru anyway."
