"I order on the app from here a couple of times a week. A couple of times it's actually been a disaster but most times, it's perfect. This particular night I had the best worker bring me my order to the car. The food was scalding hot and wonderful!!"
"I have never once been here and everything been perfect except weekday mornings for breakfast.. tonight witnessed a guy pull fry’s out bare handed and not one employee was wearing gloves. I work in the service industry myself and when I give perfect service I expect the same from others but never get that here. The wait times almost all the time are ridiculous it’s fast food!! The place is always nasty on the inside and I only know that because I always have to go in and get them to fix something. No one acknowledges that you’ve even walked in and you wait forever to get something fixed that could have been done right the first time. Mcdonald’s or at least the ones I go to always give a few sauces for free and then they charge at this one you can’t even get sauce with your meal without being charged like 15 cents a pack. All the food we got and no complimentary sauce >>>picture below."
"This store closes one to two hours early most nights. The main lights are turned off but the employee's are inside the store or out in the parking lot playing around. I have sat in the drive through with several other vehicles only to be told late they had machine issues and were closing. Wendy's next door gets most of Mac D drive off traffic. Pics were at 820pm."
"This location specifically is very quick, clean and pleasant to drive through as well as go into. The kids play area is CLEAN!!!!! I feel awesome knowing my kids can run around and play without getting super covered in germs. The stand alone ordering stations inside are cool, but the staff is so nice to interact with that I don't like to use them, BUT, if you prefer avoiding human contact but still want to order inside, they're a great choice. The drive through has yet to get an order wrong for us, and I almost always customize the food!"
