"If you are using "Your" loyalty points to purchase an item and you need to return that item, you loose your points, in my case that was $20. Every other exchange allows the price the item is selling at to be returned at the selling price, not the price paid if using a reward ($65-$20 in points, Return can only be for the $45).....also the staff (e.g. management) doesn't even know their own policy for price matching, the Exchange policy, will price match both Amazon and places like Costco and Sam's Club on the same (in stock) merchandise."
