"We are 1 month away from our wedding and required a suit for my cousin for our wedding. We went to Mens Wearhouse 2 times in 48 hours and two very different experiences. The first experience was positive and helpful the young woman and man that helped us were very kind and attentive and told us to bring my cousin back for measurements and to try on pants for size. They also helped my father with sizes for his pants and suit jacket. I did not catch their names but they were great. The experience that is leaving me baffled is when we brought my cousin in a day later for sizing. The young woman acted as though she did not want to touch him or help him in any way. She did not want look up suits closer in our area to see if maybe there was more size availability in CA where we live. She seemed to have an issue with assisting a black man, I could tell her colleague picked up on her resistance and tried to recover the situation but by then I was upset and stated we would leave and try to find another store that would be willing to assist us. My cousin is far from a threat and the sweetest kid, he was nothing but kind and respectful and for this young woman to act this way was disturbing and unnecessary. We had already purchased my fathers suit but I refused to patron further. I am not pleased with the actions of this employee and her treatment."
"Way to expensive for a rental I believe it was close to $300 to rent the tux for one day and I asked if I could purchase the tux and they said we don’t have that suit or anything close to it for you to by it!"
"Went in to grab a belt, left mine back in Georgia. Sales lady asks my waist size, I tell her, she grabs a belt and next thing I know she's ringing it up at $75... Yes, I put it back."
"Went in with 3 pairs of pants with issues with the stitching. Got it swapped out being a couple of months old. Way better service than Spanish Fort. They turned me away and said there’s nothing they can do. Mobile is where you need to go for your MW needs."
