"We waited for about 10 15 minutes just for them to mess up our order. Another 15 for them to mess it up again. When we finally got our food situated, someone else was saying they forgot their fries. It seems we are not the only people to have had a bad experience here. Other than that. The workers where nice about fixing our orders. I understand taking time to make sure it's right, but you actually have to make sure it's right if your gonna take your time."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Can't speak on anything since I received no food today. Ordered through the app, showed up when it said it was ready only to be told I could get no part of my order since they hadn't had the spicy wings all day, and they wouldn't/couldn't cancel it and I would have to call. So I've been calling, stuck on hold, told to call back tomorrow, trying to get a refund of the money KFC HAS STOLEN. No food, no money, no help from them. Save yourself the headache and go hungry rather than wat from here."
"First and last time to visit this place. I spent almost $15 and had to throw most of it away. Chicken wasn’t good, biscuit was cold, and potatoes were crammed into a tiny plastic container. Covid regulations not followed. Girl at window pulled down her mask to talk to me. Everything was touched! I was not impressed! My grandson just wanted the bucket and it cardboard! We won’t be back!"
