"Every time I go, they all have been very nice. This last time, I had a guy named Keith being goofy, which was nice, but he also got the book that I was looking for. Hope they don't close this store like Prattville got closed."

"I absolutely LOVE a good book haul and was able to grab a few from Books-A-Million. It's sad that there were some books that I wanted that they didn't carry. I'm almost certain that Barnes and Nobles would carry them, but I ended up with a few books regardless. I'll be back to get some more books, coffee mugs, and Funko Pops. If you haven't stopped in here, they have a little café inside, and you can plug up your laptop and connect to wifi. The cafe used to be Starbucks, I thought, but it doesn't seem to be that anymore, I could be wrong. I didn't go over there this time around. They're open 7 days a week, with Mon-Fri being open 10am - 8pm and on Sundays, 11am - 7pm"

"I was at the Montgomery store today around 200 pm. Could not find the section I was looking for. I ask a young man at the middle counter. He said over there somewhere. Waved his had toward a area then started back reading a book while leaning on the counter. I never found my books. Went to another store spent 105,00 sorry workers run off customers"

"Our family usually loves reading books and enjoying treats at the cafe. This afternoon however, was AWFUL. The manager really needs to be made aware of how poorly the staff behaved. They were rude, unhelpful, and stood behind the front counter chatting and on their phones even when there were customers in line. The cafe was apparently “out of everything” and even making a cup of tea was practically impossible for employees (if you could lure one away from their phones long enough to walk the 15 ft to the cafe). We have never been so appalled by such rude, unprofessional, and insulting behavior as we were today."

"I have always loved to read, so I love any place that has a book or two to offer. On this particular trip, I was with my daughter. She loves to read, too. Good selection on hand and almost any book can be ordered. It is a little more expensive than directly ordering from a web based retailer, but it is worth it to just walk up and down the aisles. You never know what you might come across."
