"Went to several places looking for furniture with no luck. Although they didn’t have everything I needed, I found a recliner that I love. I’m real short and have back issues and most furniture is too deep for me which is why they didn’t have everything I needed. The recliner that doesn’t look like a recliner fits me really good. In only one day she had them located & in two days had them sitting in my home. Now that’s serving our community!! I can’t say enough good things about Lori & her persistence to find exactly what I was looking for. Her communication skills are second to none & her people skills are the BEST! She even had one of her very capable & sweet co workers Tiffany call me to follow up!! Now that is true customer service!
