"I have a hard time sleeping so I sleep in a chair and i'm looking for the right chair. I went into this location with the intention of finding a chair I like and buying one. I sat in one chair for 10 minutes to see if it fit me right and they call the authorities saying i was trespassing. How exactly am I supposed to find the piece of furniture that is right for me if I can't sit in a chair for more than a minute? these associates should lose their job or be disciplined.the black lady actually tipped the chair and put me in the floor. I've had 5 knee surgeries and have a hard time walking. Is this how you treat disabled paying customers? Sorry people. I suggest going to get furniture ANYWHERE else! These people shouldn't be in a position that deals with the public. If Farmers Home furniture managers don't understand that this store shouldn't exist. I have contacted corporate and hope they do what is right. I'm also reporting to BBB"
"Manager Ms. Sandy is outstanding! Helped me get the right financing for me took her time and walked me through every step of the way! Sales person Vanessa helped me create a living room I just don’t wanna leave! Their delivery team was top notch! Great experience, awesome people. You can tell they care. I will definitely shop there again! Definitely recommend !"
