"Absolutely the best experience I have had with an auto shop. I called ahead and asked if they could help with a plug on a tire I didn’t want to replace yet. They were super friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and gave me a quote for the plug. I showed up and they plugged it, aired it up, and let it go very quickly. I also asked for a quote for a new set of four tires and it is the best deal I have been quoted so far. I will always use this tire shop."

"Absolutely the best tire shop I’ve ever dealt with. Had a sub compact tractor tire blow on me, and I needed it fixed ASAP. Went ahead and had them order the right tire, had it the next day, but they found it to be an easy fix on my existing tire. It’s hard to find honest people, and they could’ve just said it was a bad tire and I wouldn’t have known. Got the new tire too, so now I saved my old and have a spare for next time. Good prices, honest, fast, and nice people. All of those are hard to find!"
"Would not call to update me. Took my car in at 7 am on Monday, quoted an hour of labor for the job. I called to check in at 2:45pm and they said they were just about to get to it. I figured they'd call that evening before they closed if it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow but they did not. I called at 10 the next morning and they said they'd have to call me back. I get a call back and they say they can't even do the work. So why did they need to keep my car for a day and a half? Who knows. There were always a few people just sitting around. They're not equipped well here and they don't even practice business well to make up for it. I would highly advise against taking your car here. Don't waste your time like I did."
"The work was done to my satisfaction and they warranty used tires for 30 days. I had a rear tire replaced with a used tire and a front tire repaired. Good price compared to the big box shops. I like that it's very open and I'm allowed to kind of watch how things go. I felt more involved in what was going on with my van."
