"So, I visit this DG often. I stopped by on 11/6 to grab a few things for supper and some cosmetic items for myself. All items were rang up and paid for as I was leaving. I get home, and realize I have none of the cosmetic items I purchased. It was too late by the time I realized, so I waited until 11/7 to go by and check. I go in and show the girl at the register my receipt, she checks with another employee and looks at a basket, I guess where items were left? She then comes back, and tells me “yeah if they were left, they’d be in that basket. And they’re not. So” so now I’m out 4 items that I paid for, and showed proof of paying for."
"This store locks up and closes before closing time. It's happened twice to me and I saw it happen to others one time before as I was leaving once 10mims before closing time."
"Came to this location to grab some decorative boxes and summer decor that were on clearance for 50% off. The lady at the front helped me find all kinds of stuff! She was so amicable and helpful. This was probably one of the best retail experiences I've had in a while just because of the customer service! I forgot to get her name but she needs a raise!"
