"Wessling service was hired to install a new yard, sprinkling, drain tile and a small flower bed. We chose this business not because they were the cheapest but because they came recommended and were a small business. After pushing back the start date multiple times due to having to finishing mowing because that “pays the bills” vs a high paying install job like ours the job was started. The work was very sloppy and rushed we had massive settling in areas. I had voiced my concern to bill and was blown off repeated and was told to let the yard grow and it would all fill in. Our grass grew in quick which was awesome but that was the only good part. After having a few different landscaping companies come out to address our concerns it took my fiancé calling bill for him to agree to haul in more dirt and address the areas of concern. While on the phone call bill decided to degrade me saying he knew I would be difficult to work with and how he didn’t even want to take the job in the first place. In the months since he “fixed” our yard the amount of crab grass in our yard was outrageous compared to any good grass we had. To again bill said the good grass would outgrow the crab grass just to be patient. After again consulting different companies we were told we did not have enough good grass to outgrow the crab grass we had and if we wanted to take that approach it would ultimately take years to achieve a nice yard. Our plants in the flower bed we were told had a 1 year warranty unfortunately we will be out the money for all the dead plants we have as bill doesn’t want to be bothered anymore. We have now had to hire different companies to fix these issues as well as issues with our sprinkling system. It is unfortunate that it has came to leaving a bad review but after degrading a client and the lack of correcting valid concerns in our yard we would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone."
