"They had grandson quad 2 weeks didn't fix what was asked to fix and didn't call with no updates and wasted money putting brake pads on when they didn't fix anything else that has to do with the brakes needless to say no brakes and also got it back with a flat tire could have pumped it up and way way over charged I feel they took advantage of my grandson"

"I left them with the instructions to get my ATV in perfect running condition. We discussed new tires and the entire tune up that needed to be done. 6 months later, after numerous calls reminding them I was waiting still, I show up to pick up my quad only to find no new tires, my tires were completely flat. And the guy at the desk had no response for my inquiries. If I sucked this bad at my job, people would die, not sure how they've gotten away with this one. Horrible customer service, we'll see how the quad actually runs once I get my own tires. Would not recommend at all. I can only hope that the guy at the desk wasn't the owner, because there was no apology, no solution, nothing....blank stares."
