"I have been in here several times over the past 3 years and have gotten quality customer service. Oil and filters, to parts, even returns bought at other stores. Today Larry helped me check the battery on my suburban, and was friendly and offered some advice about some other issues that might be the cause of the battery. Got me a replacement on the spot, and an hour later another young lady (and her friendly dog Odie) helped me with the core return, and checked the alternator. Very thankful for the service I've received here."
"Normally an ok place to get help with what I need. Today I called looking for some parts and talked to a young kid. He didn’t seem to know what he was talking about. Then I drive there and a young kid is laying on the counter on his phone. Very unprofessional."
"My husband went in to return a defective oxygen sensor Craig the manager refused to return it stated once its installed its our problem. I then called and spoke to Craig tand asked why they couldn't return a defective part and he stated to me my husband never stated that when he in fact did he got mouthy with me and hung up on me I then called back to get the corporate number and the employee was just as disrespectful. I will never give this business my business ever again they have all lost my business I dont care if they are the only one open I will wait and go to a different parts store where we will be treated with respect."
